I recently took a career break to focus on personal growth, during which I earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute. This achievement builds on my practical industry experience and deepens my expertise in structured project execution. It also lays a strong foundation for pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification as the next step in my professional development.
